Repair-By-Replacement is a faster more conveniant way of minimising exposure to downtime if your spare should fail as well. In most cases, if in stock or a compatible part is available, the item will leave on the day for overnight delivery. If not in stock and the part is available a maximum of two weeks delivery time, in most cases less.

We repair in-house or, depending on the complexity of the repair we will use our repair partner. Our aim is a four week turn around with fully guaranteed workmanship. All but one of the sample list below, the TSX Compact Analog modules, were repaired in-house.
