PLC Options Terms & Policies

Warranty Terms   

PLC Options offer its clients a full warranty that includes replacement warranty on all its hardware products and its repair services. Warranty starts from the date the parts are received by customers and the coverage period depends on the part condition. 

• • New parts that include New Factory Sealed and New Surplus Sealed are covered by a full 1 year warranty. 
• • Used and opened parts  are covered by a full eighteen month warranty
• • Repairs are covered by a full eighteen month warranty 

In case of a claim

• • Call PLC Options on 1300 731 156 or send an email to support@plcoptions.com.au and have the invoice number ready
  
• • Inform the customer service agent about the problem.
  
• • If available in our stock, a replacement of a used part will be sent to minimize any downtime until the part is examined.

PLC Options warranty does not cover the following

• • Incorrect voltage application.
• • Damage or deterioration resulting from faulty installation and/or removal of the unit/item.
• • Damage resulting from accident, misuse or neglect.
• • Damage caused by impact, vibration, fluid, gasses, extreme temperatures and condensation.
• • Batteries.

By purchasing an item from PLC Options you accept and acknowledge

• • Responsibility for the correct knowledge of use and safety procedures required prior to installation or use of any item purchased from PLC Options Pty Ltd.
• • Have knowledge of and have carried out any State or Federal safety requirements prior to installation or use.
• • That all items purchased from PLC Options Pty Ltd, if not new, are from surplus stock and therefore in some cases do not come with relevant documentation, although documentation is available.
• • Installation or removal to be carried out by qualified personnel.

Terms of Payment Policy   

New Customers are required to make a 50% down payment for orders above $1000 and the rest on net 30 days payment terms. 

Existing customers with overdue amounts will be required to make full payments of previous purchases before placing a new order.

Customers requiring a net 30 days payment for orders above $1000 will be required to open an account with PLC Options. Please contact our accounts department on 1300 731 156 to obtain a credit application form.

Delivery Policy    

We endeavor to dispatch all items from our warehouse for in-stock items on the same day from the date of ordering. Items requiring pre ordering will have a lead time of 7 days from the day of ordering or receiving payment. 

All our Australian deliveries are via TNT Overnight First Class unless otherwise stated. TNT deliver anywhere in Australia and allow you to track your deliveries.

After hours and emergency deliveries

In case of any emergency, PLC Options will offer after hours delivery services. Pricing and conditions may apply.

Return & Refund Policy    

PLC Options accepts returns and will refund cost and shipping for parts with technical or quality issues within 30 days of receiving the parts. Returns and refunds must comply with the company warranty policy. Please refer to the warranty terms for more information.  

Privacy Policy   

All customers’ information obtained by PLC Options through its website and/or sales department is used only for the PLC Options sales and accounting activities. No information will be passed on to a third party this includes contact details and credit card information. 

At PLC Options we ensure customers contact and payment information are secured and used only for PLC Options activities. PLC Options may occasionally send promotional or informational emails to its customers. Customers can easily unsubscribe or opt out from those emails simply by clicking unsubscribe in the emails they receive. If you don’t wish to receive emails for PLC Options please advise our sales agent or mention this comment when submitting a message from our website.
