Warranty

All New, Surplus-New and Used parts sold through PLC Options Pty Ltd come with a full 18 month warranty.

Please take the time to read this warranty prior to any purchase to insure a full understanding of how both you, the purchaser, and ourselves, PLC Options Pty Ltd, are covered under these terms.

Any purchase made is deemed acceptance of the following terms and its limitations.

In the event of a claim PLC Option Pty Ltd will:

1. First, Immediately insure that if available from our stock, a replacement surplus part is sent to minimise any downtime.
2. Upon receipt of the faulty item we will investigate and test the item on our equipment and report back.
3. A full refund limited to and covering only the purchase price of the item and the freight paid will be offered if an existing replacement surplus part from our stock is not available.
4. Any refund or compensation is limited to the purchase price paid and freight incurred via the original purchaser who holds the original 18 month warranty.

This Warranty does not cover and is not limited to:

1. Incorrect voltage application.
2. Damage, injury or deterioration resulting from installation and/or removal of the unit/item.
3. Resulting from accident, misuse or neglect.
4. Damage caused by impact, vibration, fluid, gasses, extreme temperatures and condensation.
5. Batteries.

By purchasing an item from PLC Options Pty Ltd you accept and acknowledge:

1. Responsibility for the correct knowledge of use and safety procedures required prior to installation or use of any item purchased from PLC Options Pty Ltd.
2. Are licensed to carry out any installation or removal of items.
3. Have knowledge of and have carried out any State or Federal safety requirements prior to installation or use.
4. That all items purchased from PLC Options Pty Ltd, if not new, are from surplus stock and therefore in some cases do not come with relevant documentation.

Your safety, satisfaction and repeat business are our concern. If you are in doubt about any of the conditions stated above please feel free to have any concerns clarified prior to any purchase via email at support@plcoptions.com.au, we will reply to your inquiry as soon as possible.

Our Delivery Policy

We endeavor to dispatch all items from our warehouse within 1 business day from the date we receive payment. Please note that some payments require further confirmation which introduces a 24 – 48 hour delay (i.e. direct deposit).

How We Deliver:

All deliveries are via TNT Overnight First Class unless otherwise stated. TNT deliver anywhere in Australia while allowing you to track your deliveries.

Delivery, Charges & Tracking:

• Delivery and any costs for that delivery are free of charge for purchases over $300.
• Purchases with a cost of less than $300 incur a flat rate fee of $25.00 plus GST.
• In all cases a tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address.

If you are within 75Km of our Maitland office or can arrange to meet at 75Km (approx) from our Maitland office we will personally deliver after hours. Pricing and conditions apply.

What if I am not at the delivery address at the time of delivery?

Delivery is usually attempted straight to your place of business or your door. If there is no one at the delivery address, a delivery note will be left and suitable arrangements can be made to obtain your purchase. Please email for additional information. support@plcoptions.com.au

What if I am sent the wrong item/s?

First email support@plcoptions.com.au  In the event of an order being incorrectly filled we will act immediately to correct any mistake. We will immediately cross reference our records and bring forward and expedite any new delivery. At our cost the item you received returned.

What if I changed my mind or am not satisfied the item purchased?

First email support@plcoptions.com.au  if you find you are not satisfied with your surplus-new or used product purchased you may return the item to us within seven (7) days of invoice date.  We will retest the item re-list and restock the item. We will then refund the balance to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery times can vary but we endeavour that all deliveries will be received within 24 – 48 hours from dispatch.
