The iCON-32310 series is the point-to-point Ethernet extender that can extend the distance of your 10/100 Ethernet segments over 300 meters (984 feet) at 50Mbps using existing straight pair copper wire. The iCON-32310 series can work from -20 to 60°C. In addition, it features DIP switch to select local or remote site.

The iCON-32314 series is a point-to-point Ethernet extender designed for operating in harsh environments that efficiently extends 10/100 Ethernet circuits to over 300 meters (984 feet) at 50Mbps using existing cross-over pair copper wire. This series functions at temperature ranging from -40°C to 75°C, and meets NEMA TS1/2 standard for traffic control equipment and IEC61000-6-2 EMC generic standard immunity for industrial environment.
Update:
We installed the Axiomtek iCON-32314 with great success over an existing 300 meter DH+ wired system. Over a two month period with a number of shut downs/restarts the Axiomtek iCON-32314 has proven to be a very reliable system. From our own experiance we don't hesitate in recommending this product!
